Matt Patricia is Out as Head Coach of Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions have let go of head coach Matt Patricia and general manager Bob Quinn, the team announced on Saturday (Nov. 28).
Patricia came to the Lions in February 2018 following a high-profile Super Bowl game with the New England Patriots, where he served as a defensive position coach and coordinator under Bill Belichick for more than a decade.
The Lions played at Ford Field on Thanksgiving, with Detroit losing to Houston 41-25.
