U.S.-Canada Border Travel Restrictions Extended
The current travel restrictions that are in place across the U.S.-Canada border will remain active through March 21, 2021, and possibly longer.
The restrictions would have expired last Sunday, Feb. 21.
Essential travel, including transportation of goods and some workers, is still able to cross the border between the U.S. and Canada. Nonessential travel is prohibited.
The border restrictions are on target to last more than a year, as the U.S. and Canada have limited border crossings since March 2020.
Discretionary (non-essential) travel restrictions between 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦 have been extended to March 21, 2021.
