If you love skating at Campus Martius, then good news, you'll have a chance to skate longer.

Downtown Detroit Partnership has announced that the Ice Rink at Campus Martius, originally scheduled to close March 7, will be extended two more weekends through March 21, because of popular demand and good weather conditions.

Because of the pandemic, capacity is limited and safety protocols are in place, including masks and social distancing. To attend the rink, guests should reserve tickets online or by call 313-963-9393. Walk-up tickets are not available.

Admission is $11 for adults, $9 for children 12 and under and seniors 59 and older and $8 for military and first responders. Renting skates will run you $5.

The Rink at Campus Martius Park is located at 800 Woodward Ave., Detroit.
