Blake Griffin and the Detroit Pistons Agree to Buyout – Report
Blake Griffin and the Detroit Pistons have come to terms on a contract buyout, according to reports from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, and Griffin will be an unrestricted free agent.
The move comes under first-year Pistons general manager Troy Weaver.
The list of those interested in taking Griffin on is huge. Among the interested parties, according to Marc Stein, are the Lakers, Clippers, Heat, Nets, Warriors, Celtics and Blazers.
Griffin, 31, is on target to decide his next move soon after conversations with prospective teams, accodring to ESPN.
Griffin started his time with the Pistons in late January 2018. We’ll miss you, Griffin!
