This is the first time the event, which is the largest cannabis event in Michigan, is opening judging opportunities to the general public.
Former Cannabis Cup judges include some big names, such as Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg.
Want in? Join them at Five & Dime tomorrow morning from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., which is located at 20561 Dwyer Street in Detroit. Judge kits will go on sale.
Kits are for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.
The price per kit is estimated at $100 to $300, depending on category, and may include 15 to 35 samples. All kits must be tested and submitted by the person purchasing by Wednesday, June 16. Winners will be announced on Sunday, June 20 during the High Times Cannabis Cup Michigan Awards Show.
