If you've spotted dinosaurs around metro Detroit as of late, don't worry. It's not a sign that 2021 is going to be as rough as 2020.

The dinosaurs are getting residents pumped for a new event set for Canterbury Village in Orion Township.

The outdoor event, called Dino Stroll, runs from May 20 to 30. It will feature more than 75 life-sized dinosaurs and various other prehistoric creatures, as well as entertainment from the Dino Band and the opportunity to check out fossils, skeletons and dinosaur eggs.

"Dino Stroll will be the most realistic tour back into history with animatronic dinosaurs that are created with moving heads, necks, tails, wings, eyes blinking, mouths that open and close, breathing movements, synchronized sounds, spraying water, and many more exquisite details that bring them to life," states the event's official website.
