The album, Weekend Warriors, was the first album without Derrick St. Holmes on lead vocals… his sizable shoes were filled by fellow Michigander, Charlie Huhn. Charlie was introduced to Ted through a mutual hunting buddy. Charlie’s audition happened in Ann Arbor with Henry (H-Bomb) as the engineer (drummer for Brownsville Station). Charlie did three studio albums with Ted between 1978-1982. Charlie Huhn has been the lead singer of Foghat since 2000.
