Ted Nugent On Why He’s Not in the RNR Hall of Fame

Ted Nugent is never one to shy from sharing his opinion and now he's explaining why he thinks he's not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Talking on Dad Talk Today, Nugent believes his affiliation with the NRA is one of the things keeping him out of the Hall of Fame.  “Everybody there hates the NRA and doesn’t think you should be able to defend yourself, and they’re all on dope," said Nugent. "That’s it in a nutshell.”  Of course, he had more to saying including, “How dare you call it the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame when you have the gods of musical genius like Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, and then you put in Patti Smith, Grandmaster Flash, ABBA, but not Ted Nugent? You just lost all credibility.”
