Worst tenant ever. EVER.
This guy was evicted after not paying rent for a year…or flushing the toilet, or throwing away ANYTHING. It took them 30 hours to clean the place. He did text the owner and tell them “I left a bit of a mess”…ya think? click here for the entire story
