Michigan Beats Rutgers, 20-13 – Highlights and Takeaways
It wasn’t a quick, easy win, but the Wolverines came out on top.
Michigan came out ahead of Rutgers on Saturday (Sept. 25) with a 20-13 win at Michigan Stadium. Considering Ann Arbor was favored to beat Rutgers by 20 points, that’s a close win.
It was the second half that was a nail-biter for Wolverines. Michigan had a 20-3 lead at half, and then, Rutgers came back hard in the second half, not letting Michigan score any additional points. Still, a win is a win, and we’re proud of the Wolverines for getting it done.
