Budweiser is honoring Detroit with a very special brew.
The brand’s new, limited edition Detroit Music Tall Boys will actually be brewed to the music of Detroit. Think of it like our own very of Metallica’s Blackened Whiskey, which is made to Metallica tunes.
“These extra-special, limited-run cans are labeled with R&B if they were brewed to the sound of The Temptations or rock, if they were exposed to Alice Cooper during brewing, two hometown heroes,” a press release states.
Only 500 of these special cans will be available. They reach shelves Tuesday (Oct. 12) and feature the Detroit skyline, plus a record and headphones.
The cans are numbered 1 through 500 and say “Detroit, Motor City Music.”
