Dave Grohl has gathered many honors in his illustrious career. Now, he can add "Bestselling Author" to the list.

The latest New York Times best sellers list is out and The Storyteller is number one on the hardcover nonfiction list and the combined print & e-book nonfiction list. Grohl faced some stiff competition beating out new titles from actor Stanley Tucci with his memoir Taste: My Life Through Food and former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham's book I'll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw At The Trump White House.

Grohl issued a brief statement on this news saying, "Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that I would someday be a number one bestselling author, but it’s those same wildest dreams that I’ve followed since the day I picked up a guitar. Honored."

A big congrats to Grohl for this incredible accomplishment. For those that haven't picked up his book yet, The Storyteller is available for purchase through a number of retailers at DaveGrohlStoryteller.com.
