Check your lottery tickets, because someone in Michigan is about to get really rich. I haven't played the lottery in years, but seeing someone in Michigan get lucky makes me want to get into the game.

According to a news release from the Michigan Lottery, a Michigan resident just scored $2 million in the Mega Millions. The winning ticket was sold at Polly's Country Market on South Main Street in Chelsea, near Ann Arbor.

The five matching white ball numbers were pulled on Black Friday (Nov. 26). The numbers to win a $1 million prize were 07-27-37-42-59. As if that wasn't enough excitement, the Megaplier was also matched, so the ticket is worth $2 million.

The winner should get in touch with the Michigan Lottery Player Relations Division or schedule an appointment to get their prize. The ticket is valid one year from the drawing date.
