World’s Largest Rubber Duck is Coming to Michigan
Mama Duck, the “World’s Largest Rubber Duck,” is coming to Michigan for not one but two appearances this summer.
The first stop will be at the Festival of Sails in Alpena on Lake Huron from July 15-17. The other appearance will be in Marquette’s Mattson Lower Harbor Park on Lake Superior from Aug. 12-14.
The duck is a whopping 61-feet high, 69-feet wide, 79-feet long and weighs 31,500 pounds, says Craig Samborski, president and owner of the World’s Largest Rubber Duck.
