Married Men, Listen Up!
Well here is a post I wish I saw before getting married!
A marriage therapist says the secret to a more perfect union is practicing “active responsibility.” If you see the dishes need to be washed, you wash them. Car needs a full tank of gas? You fill it up. That’s “active responsibility.”
The expert continues to talk in her video about never waiting for the spouse to do something.
This is something I wish I knew about before I got married. Unfortunately I am just starting to get this part of marriage down!
It’s actually pretty fun, I know now when the dishes are clean I put them away. I may just be getting trained by my wife, but at least I am not getting yelled at!

What are your keys to a healthy and happy marriage?
My wife and I are starting to notice a few of our habits may be putting a little bit of a strain on things.
It is something we have started really working on, especially being only married for a year.
One thing we have been working on a lot is communication, I know that seems easier said than done, but I have noticed for myself that it is something I really need to work on!
I will say though, being married is so much fun and I would not change it for the world! Being in a fun and great marriage is something I looked forward to and now having the baby it has made it that much better!
When it comes down to it, I think it’s all about what works for you and your spouse!
That is why I do the Grounds for Divorce Segment, I want to make sure I am being the best husband I possibly can be!
Here is the Grounds for Divorce Podcast:
Here are few photos of the baby! Sorry but man do we love this baby and I want to show him off because everyone thinks their baby is the cutest! LOL
