Denise Austin rose to fame in the 1990s as a charismatic fitness instructor, inspiring women with her famed fitness videos. Now, she's inspiring women again- but this time in hopes to help older women feel good on the beach.

Austin recently strutted down the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway with her 20-year-old daughter, Katie Austin. They both look incredible and really look like sisters more than mother, daughter. She shared the moment on Instagram, stating, “A ONCE IN A LIFETIME MOMENT!! With my daughter @katieaustin walking in the @si_swimsuit runway show!! Me at 65 in a bikini… with my little girl!!!!!! Pure joy!! Thank you Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and @mj_day for having me!”

Check out the special moment below, as well as photos showing how fit Austin is at 65! I would like to convince my mom to do this with me, but I highly doubt she'll say yes.
