Longstanding Home for Sale by Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena Burns Down
The house that’s been on the market next to Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena burned down Monday (Aug. 8) in the Cass Corridor.
The house was famed for its hold-out position in the Ilitch “District Detroit” plan. So far, there’s no cause for the fire.
Even though the house was in dismal shape, because of it’s location right next to Little Caesars Arena, the listing price was super high. At one point, it was more than $2 million. Say what? Check out a tweet from the incident below.
