Upside: She was working out at 3am. Downside: She got stuck on the inversion table and had to call 911.

There have been stories about how people abuse 911 in ridiculous situations . . . but this is a ridiculous situation where calling 911 was warranted.

A woman in Ohio was at a 24-hour gym earlier this week at 3:00 A.M.  She was using an inversion table to work on her back, when something went wrong, and it flipped her upside down, in a position where she couldn't get out.

She was totally stuck . . . and there was no one else in the room.  At least one other person was at the gym, but he was in another area and couldn't hear her.  So, after failing to free herself, she called 911 on her smart watch.

The cops showed up and rescued her . . . and since she'd been filming herself working out, she posted the video of the embarrassing situation on TikTok.

The woman said she had a headache and felt "fuzzy" after, but was otherwise okay.  She also said that she'd only do an inversion table in the future if there was another person there to spot her.
