We need to settle down. No, actually, we don’t. Lions fans are going insane over Sunday’s (Dec. 18) win against the Washington Commanders, and while it might be a bit too much euphoria, we deserve it after last season’s record. Are you with me?

Jeremy Reisman of Pride of Detroit guests on “The Squad with Anne Erickson” this week to talk about the Washington win, the upcoming Lions game against the Vikings and the state of the Lions.

Regarding the win, Reisman says, “To get that weight off the shoulders early in the season…I feel like Lions fans were pretty down going into this game, because the injuries were mounting up, and they have kind of a letdown game in week one where the offense was pretty good but the defense looked like it didn’t make any progress, and then they come out this game and play one of the best halves of football maybe ever in this franchise where they just lay it on Washington hard. Suddenly, you see where this is starting to come together.”
