RYAN AS A DEER

After seeing this video, it's clear that  one of the deer's buddies made him do this!

It all took place at the Beverly Hills Premier Pet Supply over the weekend. As you will noticed from the video, a deer comes crashing into the local pet store.

The wild part of this to me is that store is located in a busy stripe mall and not in a rural area like you might think. It's strange that a deer was even in that area to begin with!

On Tuesday of last week is when the incident took place,  The owner, Mike Palmer said he could were people making a lot of noise from the back office but never believed them when they said there was a deer in the store.

"I ran out there and saw the deer run literally 2 feet in front of me and it was really startling," Palmer said. "And honestly, it's one of those scenarios, I've been doing this for 30 years. I can pretty much handle any situation that's happened. ... I had no idea how to handle that situation."

"It was a scary situation because you don't know if he's gonna go in attack mode and defense mode, just to protect itself, which is expected, but we also wanted to just safely corral it outside and didn't really know how to do that," Palmer said. "It was as scared as we were."

Another crazy part of this story to me, was that no one or nothing was serious damaged in the store. You think about it, with that deer running and kicking, how did it not knock out any fish tanks or anything like that.

In the end, they were able to force the deer out the front door and get the store back to normal. What a day it was for the deer and everyone involved.

Don't forget that once again we have our Hunters Page up!

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona. WCSX has always been my radio home, I have been at the station since I was a 23-year-old intern, co-host of Big Jim’s House, married with kids. Family and radio are what I love, but don’t get me started on golf! Like some, I have become obsessed with golf and you can hear all about that on “The Ball Washer Pod” right here on WCSX. One of my other passions is helping out the Vets. Since coming to WCSX I have been apart of raising hundreds of thousands for local vet groups. Other than that, I am a goofy guy, loving life, my family and talking to you on the radio. Ryan writes about golf, family and what happens on “Big Jim’s House.”
