A Real ‘Will Smith” Moment

We had another Will Smith, keep my wife's name out your mouth moment over the weekend.

This is one where I wished the cameras were rolling behind the scenes.

Here's what happened. During the SEC network coverage of the college football games on Saturday one of the guys on set had a "wife" joke that may have lead to a beat down!

They were talking about the suits they were wearing when Watson said, "I look good as long as my wife sends me a text" The other analyst commented back by saying "Not the text she sent me". Watson was pissed after that and made them go to commercial.

Here is the video on how it went down!

Ben Watson who played in the NFL and is now an analyst for the SEC did not take that joke very kindly. Many online are saying Ben is very much a family man.

So that joke was never going to fly with him, especially on live T.V.

As you as it happened you could tell the other guys were very uncomfortable and knew something was about to go down.

Notice after the commercial the one guy never came back to the set, and Watson came back after the returned from commercial. It's safe to say the guys had a few words together.

What do you think about this? People online are freaking out saying that the one guy should be fired. I honestly think he was trying to make an incitant joke that backfired on live tv.

This man needed this chart!

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona. WCSX has always been my radio home, I have been at the station since I was a 23-year-old intern, co-host of Big Jim’s House, married with kids. Family and radio are what I love, but don’t get me started on golf! Like some, I have become obsessed with golf and you can hear all about that on “The Ball Washer Pod” right here on WCSX. One of my other passions is helping out the Vets. Since coming to WCSX I have been apart of raising hundreds of thousands for local vet groups. Other than that, I am a goofy guy, loving life, my family and talking to you on the radio. Ryan writes about golf, family and what happens on “Big Jim’s House.”
