Snowy Shark Do-Do-Do
Jennifer Ramirez, a high school art teacher from Madison Heights is turning heads in her front yard and it’s all thanks to the snow storm we had last week.
A Madison Heights woman is making waves with her creative snow sculptures in her front yard! The woman, who is a self-taught artist, created a series of snow sharks that are causing quite a stir in her neighborhood, and the photos are awesome!
“It’s crazy,” Ramirez laughed when talking about this with MLive. “There’s so many people that have been stopping by and taking pictures and just absolutely going crazy about it.”
Jennifer said it took her about 4 to 5 hours to create these ocean beasts, bringing snow from all around to make the sharks. Then she used blue food coloring and a spray bottle to create the blue color.
This isn’t the first time Jennifer has done this. “I did a fox and a little burrow. I did a koala when Australian fires were happening. I’ve done Pokemon, Angry Birds. I’m hoping for lots more snow. I’m thinking I need to make big rocks with seals or penguins or both.” said Jennifer.
Her snow shark display is not only attracting local attention but also drawing the attention of media outlets and going viral on social media. People from all over are reaching out to learn more about her and her snow sculptures.
