Detroit Lions Bringing Familiar Name to Coaching Staff
The Super Bowl is still up ahead, but the NFL season is coming to a close. Now, it’s time to prep for next season.
The Detroit Lions are making some changes and have just brought on familiar name to their coaching staff.
That name is former Pro Bowler Dre Bly. He was a major free agent signing for the Lions back in 2003 after Bly won a Super Bowl with the Rams. During his Detroit years, Bly made two Pro Bowls.
“I’m excited to announce that I have joined the Detroit Lions as the Cornerbacks Coach!,” Bly tweeted. “Thank you to Mrs. Sheila Ford Hamp and the rest of the Ford Family, DC Aaron Glen, GM Brad Holmes and HC Dan Campbell for an opportunity to come back home! #DetroitLions#OnePride Let’s Go!”
