Words cannot describe the horrors that took place in East Lansing earlier in the week. The least we can do is rally around the Spartan community. Below is information on verified GoFundMe accounts where you can donate to those affected by this horrible act of violence.
It's is amazing to see the outpouring support for Michigan State University's staff, families and alumni. With that being sad, the grief process has just begun, for those of you that can help out, GoFundMe has created a hub of verified accounts where you can donate to the families as well as Michigan State's "Spartan Strong" Fund.

GoFundMe will continue to work hard to manage the different accounts that are created.
Over 260,000 dollars has been raised for the family of Guadalupe Huapilla-Perez, who was one of the victims injured in the shooting.
Over 3,000 dollars has been raised for the woman who was working dispatch during the shooting.
“Grief is a profoundly personal thing, and we know the healing process will not be swift,” Interim university President Teresa Woodruff said. “We must take time to think, mourn and be together. I encourage everyone to honor their feelings and find comfort and solace in the close bonds that knit together our Spartan family.”
