Alright, this one hits close to home since we are about to celebrate my son's first Birthday. Should the parents throwing the Birthday party tell other parents or people coming exactly what the kid would like? One more took to the internet to voice her opinion.
So first, I wanted to start with this. My wife and I are huge in letting people know what our kid needs or "wants" I put wants that way because a one year old cannot tell us. Anyway back to it, we believe it makes everyone's life much easier to just know what to get the child.
Since my son was born, my wife has created an Amazon Wish list for the kid. I don't want to post my son's list since my address is on there but here is an example of what the list looks like:
