The Almost Famous "Screamin Burger" available exclusively at Eddie's Drive-In
Just because you are not healthy at this time in your life doesn’t mean there is an actual reason to get hard on yourself. That doesn’t mean you have to follow experts’ diet advice every time! Science is always changing and evolving. Remember at one time doctors preferred one type of cigarette over another brand for a smoother taste.
Fads are always going to be popular and sometimes dangerous. Just because everyone is doing it doesn’t make it perfect for you. Do your research and find a good doctor or nutritionist that can give you some sound diet advice. Crash diets are not fun and my reminder is if you eat kale… we can’t be friends. Just kidding, just try it soaked in ranch dressing!
Some simple diet tips to follow from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention go as follow. Bump up fiber intake, increase calcium and vitamin D, more potassium, fewer sugars, and cut back on sodium.
Now, it’s just what you always wanted… really bad dieting tips from a non-expert like me, Screamin’ Scott!

1. Chocolate comes from a Coco Tree (it’s a Plant) Therefore Chocolate IS a Salad
2. Wine counts as a Fruit
3. If you eat in the dark, Calories can’t find you
4. If you order a Chocolate Shake and ADD peanut butter you can call it a protein shake
5. Stressed spelled backward is “DESSERTS”
6. Never Ever Ever Go Back For Seconds…Get it All The First Time.
