My latest remedy is all about helping the brain when it comes to memory and focus. I have started using a product called Alpha Brain, from the company ONNIT.
Let me start off with the why...Why am I trying this product. I hope you guys know me and know that I wouldn't never try something that I didn't believe in or believe could help me. I have been hearing a lot about Alpha Brain so I wanted to give it a try. After years of playing sports and dealing with a lot of injuries to the head, I thought Alpha Brain would help rebuild some of what I may have lost.
I have had a couple of major concussion throughout my playing career, some other times where I was for sure seeing stars. I have always been open about the headaches and memory issues I have dealt with, so trying this product seemed like a good idea.
So far, so good!
I started taking Alpha Brain about a month ago, since then I have noticed my focus at work and at home skyrocket. I am no longer losing memory of things I just talked about, which if you know and listen to the show, it's known that I forget stuff. I love that this product comes in two different forms as well. You can take a pill every morning, or just throw one of the packets in your water and drink it down.
Ryan loves drinking this every morning. It helps get him ready for the show each morning and stay focused throughout the day

And yes, Joe Rogan does own some of the company Onnit, but that is not why I take it. Obviously it help because I am a huge Rogan fan, but that is not the only reason for trying the product.
IN STORES:
This is one of my favorite parts of the product, you can now find it at stores like Meijer. Before you could only get it online, which meant waiting for it. I like that if I need more I can just run right up to the store.
Honestly, I would recommend people give it a try. Like I always say, it may not work for everyone, but it could work for you.
