What’s The Peak Time For Napping?
It’s a luxury to be able to squeeze in a mid-day nap . . . especially if you want to take it at an exact time. But if you have a lot of control over your schedule, check this out . . .
A survey has found that the ideal, “peak nap time” is Wednesdays . . . at 9:39 A.M. (For some, going back to bed at 9:39 A.M. is HITTING SNOOZE.) (???)
65% of people say the urge to get a few Zs strikes before noon . . . although many of them can’t make that happen.
And an average nap is about 51 minutes.
Most people can’t fit mid-day naps in because they WORK throughout the afternoon. But 26% of people claim they’ve brought a pillow to work before.
If napping AT work wasn’t strange, they asked about the most unusual places people have napped, and more than 20% of people have napped at: A movie theater . . . a restaurant . . . a doctor’s office . . . and a museum or art gallery.
