Florida Man Is Sweet and Assault-y

A Florida man is under arrest after going nuts at a Walgreens store and assaulting workers with Snickers bars. Doesn't he know to eat the Snickers so he wont do this kind of stuff?

Cops say 23-year-old Idel Noy-Quesada was trying to buy cigarettes at 1:00 in the morning but was denied. He was asked for ID but instead showed a photo of an ID card, which workers would not accept. That’s when he became very angry and started pelting workers with full-sized Snickers bars, striking one woman in the face and a man in the chest. Neither suffered any injuries.

Noy-Quesada told police he didn’t mean to throw the candy at workers, but officers reviewed surveillance footage and determined he deliberately targeted them. He was arrested and charged with a pair of battery misdemeanors. (The Smoking Gun)
