Okay Vampires, what city do you like to hang out in the most? A new study came out and found the best cities for Vampires

A new "study" has found that the best cities for vampires are:  New York City . . . Chicago . . . Columbus, Ohio . . . Philadelphia . . . and L.A.

Some say New York City is the best city for artists . . . for New Year's Eve celebrations . . . for public transportation . . . or even for just going out to brunch. And now, it's also the best city for Vampire's.

The vampire experts at LawnLove.com ha! Conducted a "study" to determine the best places for vampires based on 17 factors, including the number of warm bodies . . . blood centers . . . slaughterhouses . . . casket suppliers . . . homes with basements . . . and "vampire-friendly clubs."

They also looked at local deterrents, like "average percentage of sunshine" . . . Christian churches . . . herb and spice shops . . . and garlic festivals.

In the end, they found the BEST city for vampires is:

New York City.

The rest of the Top 10 best cities are: Chicago . . . Columbus, Ohio . . . Philadelphia . . . Los Angeles . . . Houston . . . Portland, Oregon . . . Madison, Wisconsin . . . Seattle . . . and Omaha, Nebraska.

They included a whopping 500 cities, and at the very bottom . . . the WORST places for vampires are seven cities in Arizona, including Yuma, Flagstaff, Peoria, and Buckeye, which was dead last. (It must be all the sun there.)

The rest of the 10 worst are: Odessa, Texas . . . Rancho Cordova, California . . . and Sparks, Nevada.

As random as this "study" is . . . even during Halloween season . . . it has a purpose. They say they're promoting it to encourage blood donations during the national shortage.

We were trying to figure out if there are any legend stories about Vampire's in Detroit. After talking about it, we realize there are no real.

Here is our favorite Vampire

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona. WCSX has always been my radio home, I have been at the station since I was a 23-year-old intern, co-host of Big Jim’s House, married with kids. Family and radio are what I love, but don’t get me started on golf! Like some, I have become obsessed with golf and you can hear all about that on “The Ball Washer Pod” right here on WCSX. One of my other passions is helping out the Vets. Since coming to WCSX I have been apart of raising hundreds of thousands for local vet groups. Other than that, I am a goofy guy, loving life, my family and talking to you on the radio. Ryan writes about golf, family and what happens on “Big Jim’s House.”
