Latest Odds of Dan Campbell Winning Coach of the Year
The Detroit Lions looked fierce and mighty during the first quarter of their game on Sunday (Dec. 3) against the New Orleans Saints, but things got shaky in the second half. Thankfully, in the end, the Lions roared, and they took home a win, making the season 9-3. With the Lions doing better than they have in decades, what are the latest odds of Dan Campbell winning Coach of the Year in the NFL? He was a fan favorite last year but didn’t make the cut. Is this year any different?
Let’s look at the bets. Oddschecker.com has a list out of the NFL coaches that people are betting on to most likely get Coach of the Year. No. 2 right now is Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans, following the team’s recent win over the Denver Broncos. So, who’s No. 1?
Betting Odds of Dan Campbell Winning Coach of the Year
You guessed it. Danny Boy. Dan Campbell is No. 1, but he’s only slightly ahead of Ryans. Dan is the season-long favorite (+200) in the betting market. Regarding the ranking, Oddschecker’s Leon Blackman says, “DeMeco Ryans dream start to life as Texans’ head coach continued as his side moved to 7-5 with a win over the Broncos. Having been given just an 11% chance at the beginning of the season, the sportsbooks now give the Texans an 80% chance (-400) of making the postseason. This achievement from Houston has propelled Ryans into second-favorite for Coach of the Year, marginally trailing Detroit’s Dan Campbell, as it stands.” Check out more here.

I don’t think this one is terrible! I got the overall shape down correctly. That signature little V shape is important and it’s there. I feel like any NFL fan should know that this is the Falcons logo.

Yeah…not great. Looks more like a Dodo bird, or something. It definitely doesn’t look as intimidating as their real logo. I own that. The “B” should be a giveaway, though.
Buffalo Bills

I’m not going to lie…I think I nailed this one. It’s clearly a Buffalo. Right? That random line is coming out of it for some reason, just like the real logo! Nailed it.
Carolina Panthers

If you watched the video above…it looks like I got this one wrong myself during the game. I said it was the Panthers…which it could easily be! However, it’s not. It’s the Chicago Bears. I told you I can’t draw!!

Finally, an easy one. Clearly, this is the logo of the Cincinnati Bengals. It’s a dead giveaway. Even with me drawing it. Now, that’s saying something.
Cleveland Browns

People I talked to had a hard time with this one. Kind of surprised me because it’s the most basic boring logo in the entire NFL. It’s a helmet! That’s it. Looking at it, I think you can see a helmet. Or maybe a hat. Regardless, it’s headwear and no other NFL team has that in their logo. Has to be the Browns!
Dallas Cowboys

You know…looking at this it really hits me that I cannot draw. The other logos are tough, and I feel like it should be understandable that I can’t draw them. However, this is simply a star and I still couldn’t pull it off. Pretty pathetic.

Simplicity at its finest. Surely you know this is the logo for the Green Bay Packers. It was nice to have an easy one thrown in. Although, I admit it’s still not great especially for how basic it is.

Ugh. I can’t even draw a lightning bolt?! That’s a major let down. I don’t know where the edges are supposed to go! It looks like a bolt to me. It shouldn’t be hard to tell that this is the LA Chargers, even if it is a bad drawing.

Again, not the best drawing ever but I think it comes close. What else do you want out of me? I got the basic dolphin shape and that sun outline. That’s pretty much all there is to it.

I’m not going to lie…I thought this could be one of my best. Then I realized that “my best” probably isn’t saying much. I get it. Someone said it looked like a chicken with a helmet and now that’s all I can see.

Even though it’s a horrible drawing, it’s still obvious what team this is. I will say that it’s a pretty difficult shape to draw from memory. Mine may be a little chubby or inflated instead of edgy, but it works. Get off my back, man!

Woah! Not bad! Finally, I was able to make the mascot look a little more mean and intimidating. Thank goodness I came close to getting the Eagles correctly because I know how Philly sports fans can be. I do not want any of that smoke.
