I love writing these posts, not because people get angry with me for being obsessed with Taylor Swift, oh wait yes, that is why! But Taylor has just done another first so it's worth mentioning.

Here is the crazy thing, Taylor Swift's Eras tour has already passed the billion dollar mark and it's not even over yet. Another crazy thing is her tour is the first ever to hit a billion dollars in profit. It's expected that by the end of this tour, Taylor will bring in 2 billion in revenue. Those are crazy impressive numbers no matter who you are.

I know, I know, you guy may be sick of me talking about Taylor but I can't help it! She is in the news every day for something good, you don't see that a lot, also her music is good! I don't care what people think.

Here are some stats to wow you. Taylor's tour has sold 4.35 million tickets to 60 shows, and gained 200 million alone in merch.

The previous record was held by Elton John in the Yellow Brick Road Tour. Safe to say, no one may ever told Taylor's numbers.

Check out this article for some more number on Taylor's tour:

Now, like I said, I understand people are annoyed with her. But, here is the thing, you cannot deny how impressive this ride for her has been. She is also doing it the right way by sharing the wealth. There has been countless stories of her taking care of her crew and giving them bonuses throughout the tour. Another reason why I love her, she seems to be as normal as you possible can for someone in her position.

Here are the Top Tours of 2023:

1.  Taylor Swift,  $1.04 billion.

2.  Beyoncé,  $579.8 million.

3.  Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band,  $379.5 million

4.  Coldplay,  $325.5 million

5.  Harry Styles,  $290.5 million

6.  Morgan Wallen,  $284.8 million

7.  Ed Sheeran,  $268 million

8.  Pink,  $231.7 million

9.  The Weeknd,  $221 million

10.  Drake,  $184.9 million.

This has got to be my favorite moment recently when it comes to Taylor and Travis:

Want more Taylor? Here you go!

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona. WCSX has always been my radio home, I have been at the station since I was a 23-year-old intern, co-host of Big Jim’s House, married with kids. Family and radio are what I love, but don’t get me started on golf! Like some, I have become obsessed with golf and you can hear all about that on “The Ball Washer Pod” right here on WCSX. One of my other passions is helping out the Vets. Since coming to WCSX I have been apart of raising hundreds of thousands for local vet groups. Other than that, I am a goofy guy, loving life, my family and talking to you on the radio. Ryan writes about golf, family and what happens on “Big Jim’s House.”
