2024 Arts Beats & Eats will soon be on us as WCSX will be there all weekend, broadcasting live from the 27th Annual Soaring Eagle Arts, Beats, and Eats Presented by Flagstar Bank.

The festival will be held in downtown Royal Oak from August 30 to September 2, 2024. In addition to Tesla and Cheap Trick, local hometown favorites are on this year's AB&E menu.

More than 200 musical acts, more than 50 restaurants and food trucks, and more than 125 artists will be featured.

The show’s producer, Jon Witz, said, “We invite everyone to enjoy a diverse array of live musical acts, savor mouthwatering cuisine and new culinary delights, browse and shop for unique artworks, and create lasting memories with family and friends.”

The Sax Maniacs

The Sax Maniacs are a five-piece band from the Detroit area that performs sax-driven dance music. Detroit loves original blues music. The band is very popular and has a great Michigan fan base. They deliver a powerhouse show featuring our Detroit sax sound. The Sax Maniacs perform great Soul and rock in’ Sax music that crowds have been enjoying throughout Michigan for over twenty years.

Tino's G's Dumpster Machine

Tino Gross, aka Tino G, born and raised in Detroit, has performed and recorded with many of the music giants of the day, including John Lee Hooker, George Clinton, Don Was, Wayne Kramer, John Sinclair, Howling Diablos, Kid Rock, Bo Diddley, Big Walter Horton, Otis Rush, John Nicholas, Robert Bradley, Doctor Ross, and others.

Tino is also the president of Funky D Records, with numerous Detroit Music Awards under their belt.

Tino Gs Dumpster Machine. Garrett Bielaniec plays lead guitar, Mike Smith plays electric guitar, Dennis Burck plays bass, and Jeremy Kanouse, aka 'The Sheriff', plays drums. The Dumpster Machine sound combines Detroit boogie, blues, garage, gospel, surf, and rockin' soul.

The Ruiners

The Ruiners from Detroit is everything cool about GARAGE punk and GLAM rock. Buzzing surf guitars that evolve into ROCKABILLY PSYCH Freakouts, hip-shaking voodoo rhythms lead by the snarky and seductive vocals of dynamic duo RICK RUINER and NINA FRIDAY.

The Lou Fighters

The Lou Fighters are a tribute band to the Foo Fighters that plays hits and covers from the band. They have been called the best Foo Fighters tribute band in the Midwest. The Lou Fighters are found on Facebook, Instagram, and District 142.

This will be the band's first appearance at AB&E in 2024. Catch them on Saturday, 8/31, at pm on the Bud Light Alternative Stage.
