US Tour Next?

The AC/DC European Tour, which was in support of the band's Power Up album, just wrapped up. AC/DC played 24 shows from May 17 to August 17th.

This was AC/DC's first tour since the doomed "Rock or Bust" tour, during which lead frontman Brian Johnson stepped down because of hearing issues and was replaced by Axl Rose.

The European Tour reviews are awesome on almost every show. Showing the rock and roll kids that they still got it! There is not even a hint that the band will retire anytime soon.

Next Question On The Minds Of Fans: Will The Tour Be Announced In The United States?

Brian Johnson's Voice In Good Shape So Far

First off lead singer Brian Johnson is back with no issues. Bassist Cliff Williams did not tour with AC/DC this year. Cliff announced his retirement after AC/DC's 2015-2016 "Rock Or Bust" tour.

As for Phil Rudd playing on the upcoming AC/DC tour? He is caring for his partner, Toni Wilson, who is suffering from stage four breast cancer.

Hints From AC/DC Agent

I found an interesting article on Pollstar.com, the Agent for AC/DC. AC/DC agent Chris Dalston wants to keep the band on tour into 2025, 26 & 27.

"The goal is to have them continue if they enjoy it hopefully and it works well … to try to keep them out in ’25, ’26, ’27, however long they want to go, but we gotta get through Europe first."
