Pink Floyd Reunion Still A No

It is irrelevant right now. He thinks a reunion that would include Roger Waters won't happen, but David is not bitter about things; he comes to reality about it nowadays.

Gilmour and Waters reunited in the 2000s for a few shows, but things fell apart again. “It’s boring. It’s over,” the rocker told Rolling Stone. “As I said before, he left our pop group when I was in my 30s, and I’m a pretty old chap now – and its relevance is not there. I don’t know his work since. So I don’t have anything to say on the topic.”

Roger And David Had The Same Answer Back In 2021

Gilmour spoke online on rockcelebrities.net on a possible reunion also in 2021 that ’It Would Be Fakery To Do It Again’

“No. I’m done with it,” the guitarist noted. “I’ve had a life in Pink Floyd for quite a lot of years, and quite a few of those years in the beginning, with Roger. And those years in what is now considered to be our heyday were 95 percent musically fulfilling and joyous and full of fun and laughter.”

Gilmour said of Waters. “I’m at peace with all of these things. But I absolutely don’t want to go back. I don’t want to go and play in stadiums. I’m free to do exactly what I want to do and how I want to do it.”

Not To Leave Anyone Out of the Band

Nick Mason also discussed online with rockcelebrities.net back in 2021  the chances of performing with his Pink Floyd bandmates again. He noted that Gilmour likely isn’t interested. He mentioned Waters had joined him on stage before, but it’s unlikely they’ll all perform together again.

Last year, Mason said he was open for a Pink Floyd reunion.

Nick Mason said he was ‘tempted to make himself available’ for any future Pink Floyd reunion. The band made the headlines after Roger Waters revealed plans to re-record the hit album ‘Dark Side Of The Moon’ for its 50th anniversary but without his former bandmates.

The Division Bell Tour was Pink Floyd's final concert tour in 1994. Though it was the band’s final tour, members have continued to perform the band's songs on solo tours.

The first show they played the whole of The Dark Side of the Moon was on July 15th, 1994, at the Pontiac Silverdome, the first time it had been played since 1975

1995 the band released the live album Pulse to commemorate the tour.
