Multiple groups across Washtenaw County will provide free Thanksgiving dinners on Thursday, Nov. 27. These meals will reach people who need them in Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, and Chelsea.

Hope Clinic sits at 518 Harriet St. in Ypsilanti. Grab-and-go dinners will be ready from 5 to 6 p.m. on the holiday. Anyone hungry that day can get one. Hot suppers are served 5 to 6 p.m. each day except Wednesdays.

Thanksgiving baskets will also go out Wednesday, Nov. 26, from 9 to 11 a.m. Each contains ingredients to cook a holiday feast. They'll last while supplies do.

Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor distributes to-go dinners at the Robert J. Delonis Center on Thanksgiving Day. That's noon to 1 p.m. at 312 W. Huron St. in Ann Arbor.

Trinity Health Michigan's Chelsea Hospital offers free suppers to those without resources or spending the day alone. The hospital, at 775 S. Main St. in Chelsea, serves from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27.

Space is tight. Registration must happen before getting a hospital meal. Call the Chelsea Senior Center at 734-475-9242 to sign up.
