It’s two for one today on Talkin’ rock, with two guitarists.
First up, it’s guitar legend, Joe Satriani. Back in April he released some material from his band, The Squares, from the very early 80’s. We discuss that and leaving that band to go solo as in instrumentalist. He talks about some of his music students he taught back in the day, who have gone on to become some pretty heavy hitters in the rock world. He tells me about playing with the guys in Chickenfoot and what the future holds for that band.
I’ve known Chris Henderson for years. I’ve seen him at his worst, and now, at his best! We talk a little about the hill he climbed to become to the cross-fit beast he is now. He tells me about the upcoming Summer tour, what they have might planned for next year, and lots more!
