The drumming legend Vinny Appice joins me today on Talkin’ Rock. He called in to talk about the upcoming Ronnie James Dio ‘Holy Diver’ Super Deluxe Edition, which drops on July 8th, two days before Ronnie’s 80th birthday.
We talk about the first and last song he ever played with Dio, how Vivian Campbell joined the band, who he turned down to audition for, playing with injuries and LOTS more.
