Walking, talking, eating, hugging – every day, kids and adults with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related life-threatening diseases can have these abilities taken away.
For more than 60 years, firefighters like us across the country have been Filling the Boot on street corners to fight back against these diseases – and every year we’ve given millions of dollars to MDA to fund life-changing research and family services. We’re hitting the streets to do it again, and while we’re out there, you can help us fill our boots online.
Your Plymouth Township Professional Firefighters local 1496 will be at Kroger on the corner of Sheldon and Ann Arbor Rd June 29th, and 30th, and back again on September 7th, and 8th. In case you are unable to make it on any of those days a link on this page will allow you to donate as well. For any local businesses that would like to donate, a receipt with tax ID information can be provided at request.
Let’s support families in our community so we can all grow stronger and live longer together. Thank you for your help!
