City of the Week in Ypsilanti! The gang hit the downtown!

Bob Cat Bonnie’s is amazing! Right now they are open for carry out or you can make reservations and dine in one of their igloos. Once they open, make sure to check out their downstairs arcade... it’s a basement every kid wanted from the 80’s!

A2Vintage is a super cool shop on Michigan Ave. it’s run by a mother/daughter team, Debbie and Kelly.

A2Vintage is chuck full of music, memorabilia and vintage clothing... a lot of vintage concert t-shirts!

Vintage Pat Benatar concert t-shirts!

And an Alice Cooper album with recalled album art... we won’t say why, but take a close look if you dare. It’s nothing bad... it just looks bad. Lol

A2Vintage also has a ton of Bob Seger vinyl!

On “First Friday’s” (April - December), Ypsilanti’s downtown stays open later and A2Vintage has bands perform in front of the store! We hope to see it again sometime in 2021!

Cameraman Steven takes a seat on the streets of Ypsilanti.

Classic downtown shot... The Tap Room!

City of the Week heads to Eastern Michigan University campus. So many cool structures! The original campus was built in 1949 by the State of Michigan.

The campus was quiet, but still a nice walk. Hopefully, the students will be able to return to face to face learning sometime soon.
