Kendall Jenner, the founder of 818 Tequila, recently made a few stops in Michigan to promote her tequila brand. Her first stop was at Falsetta’s Market, where she had a meet-and-greet with store staff and customers. Afterward, she visited Top Shelf Liquors in Allen Park. Finally, Kendall, along with Harry Hudson, made a surprise visit to a group of senior students from the University of Michigan living at the “818 House” off-campus.

This marked the end of Jenner’s college visits in the Midwest, which also included stops at Ohio State University, Indiana University, and the University of Illinois. At the “818 House” in Ann Arbor, Kendall and Harry Hudson presented the senior students with 818 Tequila merchandise and gifted them bottles of 818 and Eight Reserve.

This handcrafted liquor originates from Jalisco, Mexico, according to the 818 website. It has several awards from tasting competitions, including recognition at the World Tequila Awards in 2020, where it received awards for Best Reposado Tequila and Best Añejo Tequila.

818 Tequila appears to draw its name from the San Fernando Valley area code, associated with Jenner’s hometown in northern Los Angeles, California. Currently, the brand offers diverse tequila options, including blanco, añejo, reposado, and reserve.
