The Motor City Comic Con October 2022
The Motor City Comic Con October 2022 edition was here and I was on hand to document the whole pop culture, comic and movie experience. I was trying very hard to get an interview with Alice Cooper, but alas, it was not to be. Alice Cooper would have been perfect since Cooper's blood (pun?) runs deep here at WCSX.
They asked me if anyone else came to mind and of course, I also tried Elvira, aka Casandra Peterson, but again that was a nope. However, with the help of my assistant, Eve (My wife who REALLY wanted a picture with Elvira), we captured the essence of a horror-themed Motor City Comic Con with plenty of creators, cool props and cosplay.
I met some really cool people and managed to not completely break my camera (I cursed myself from the beginning, knew it would happen!) and so overall it turned out to be an excellent Saturday. Would have returned on Sunday, but I knew money would just fly out of my wallet if I dared to step into that building again so soon! And those liquid dice with eyeballs in them were calling my name! (Christmas ideas though if you are shopping for me.)
