Those words and sentiment could be echoed through the halls of the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi as the Michigan Golf Show kicked off another start to the opening of golf season here in Michigan.
The Michigan Golf Show celebrated its 33rd annual event with over 40,000 golf enthusiasts throughout the three-day event taking in everything that is golf. Whether if you are well seasoned to the back nine or just looking to break onto the links, the Michigan Golf Show has plenty to offer for everyone in attendance.
One of those 40,000 golf fanatics was 94.7 WCSX's own sand trap Screamin' Scott who had the "Nobble" honor of emceeing the Hole in One challenge. This challenge, sponsored by Garland Lodge & Golf Resort, brought out hundreds of golfers to swing their way for a chance to sink their shot and an opportunity to walk away with $25,000.
The WCSX promo team and Screamin' Scott kept Par with the course welcoming everyone with some fun WCSX swag and good times. Afterall, if you're at the golf show, you're allowed a mulligan or two. A special "Shank" you to Craig Bender, Garland Lodge & Golf Resort, and to all the hard-working staff at the Suburban Collection Showplace who make this event, the Largest Consumer Golf Show in the Country.
