Be still my 80's heart, it's VIXEN! Live at the OLD SHILLELAGH in Downtown Detroit. Vixen was originally formed in Minnesota, in 1980. Their first album; released in 1988 and self-titled, VIXEN, reached 41 on the Billboard 200. They disbanded in 1992, but reformed multiple times till they came to the current line-up of Roxi Petrucci (drums), Share Ross (bass, vocals), Lorraine Lewis (lead vocals) and Britt Lightning (lead guitar). I hope you got a chance to check out this free show because these ladies rocked!

VIXEN is in the house for an unforgettable night of rock and roll!

It's okay everybody, he’s with the band!

A couple of sound checks before the ladies take the stage.

How often do you get to see a free show from such an iconic rock band like Vixen? I'm going to guess, not often!

Share Ross joined Vixen in 1987 replacing Pia Maiocco, left in 1992, and then reunited with the band in 2012.

Brittany Denaro, or best known as Britt Lightning, joined Vixen in 2017 replacing Gina Stile as lead guitar.

After a call from Roxy Petrucci, Lorraine quit her current band Femme Fatale to become the lead singer of Vixen in 2019.

Roxy joined Vixen in 1986 and stayed until 1991. In 2012, Roxy formed the band, JSRG, which eventually evolved into today's Vixen.

Vixen was awesome enough to take time to also sign a guitar and drum head to be auctioned off for charity,.

Did you know that Vixen was in the movie Hard Bodies as the band Diaper Rash?

Lorraine Lewis formed the band Femme Fatale in 1987, restarted it in 2013 and then left in 2019 to join Vixen.

Britt thrashes on the guitar as the band breaks sound barrier.

Is there anything more rock iconic then singing to your drummer?

Britt Lightning first performed in an all rock female rock band named Jaded, based out of Boston from 2004 to 2011.

Oh wait, guitar duels, that's in that rock icon list too!

Vixen has been described as "the female Bon Jovi" and was part of the glam metal scene.

Vixen returned in 1989/1990 to record their follow up album, Rev It Up.

In 1988, Vixen toured with many acts such as Ozzy Osbourne, Bon Jovi and the Scorpions.

Vixen's newest album, originally planned to release in 2020, was delayed due to Covid. Hopefully we will see it soon.

I don't remember Donielle Flynn being in Mario. Must be a secret level.
