WAIT! I know it sounds salacious, but that is LITERALLY what happened.  Anthony Kiedis publically licked a D on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.   The Red Hot Chili Peppers recently received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

• It Wasn't just me, right?

  20-ish seconds in, Anthony Kiedis publically licked a D on the Hollywood Walk of Fame… Anthony reached down and LICKED the ground… specifically the letter “D” in the  “RED” of “Red Hot Chili Peppers.”   I thought, “Did I just see that?  Post-Covid daring, bro.” 

  Flea followed up by saying, “Hollywood Boulevard!  It hasn’t even been puked on yet.”  After that, a marching band started playing RHCP songs, but not much else going on other than, I THINK, family photos with the band which was cool to see.  I am mystified.  Why would Anthony would touch his tongue to the ground knowing what we know about germs today?  The whole thing seemed bizarre, but hey, you do you and I’ll do me.  I’m sure people have licked worse things, but I was feeling a little incredulous over the events.  It’s not every day that you can say, “Anthony Kiedis publically licked a D on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.”  Thanks for that!  The Red Hot Chili Peppers hit The D on August 14th at Comerica Park.  Ticket info HERE
