This is one view of the corner this trip is all about! Glenn Frey on one and Jackson Brown on the other

We are ready and excited for our Rock n Roll Road trip to Winslow Arizona. What else can we see and do while out there next week? (11/1) Here is a great list of interesting and fun things to do while in or near Winslow AZ.

For those wondering why we are going to Winslow, here is the answer:

Ever since we dedicated Glenn Frey Drive it’s been our dream to do a “Rock & Roll Road Trip” to Winslow, Arizona to pay tribute to Glenn and stand on a corner with the Glenn Frey Drive sign.

After years of trying, we’ve finally got a plan! Thanks to our friends at Kline’s RV Center – we’ve got a beautiful RV and a date that makes sense.
We’ll leave on Tuesday, Nov. 1st (broadcasting live from the RV) – reach Winslow on the 2nd and return by Friday the 4th.
Glenn’s birthday is November 5th – so this week feels right.
It’s a 28 hour drive there. But to honor Glenn it’s worth it.

I am so excited to get to Winslow! Honestly, I am excited about the entire trip! All of the state and cities we are going to pass through, I can’t imagine some of the great things we will be seeing!

  • Eagle Pavilion

    Eagles Fan Must Stop

If you are a fan of the Eagles, you might want to swing by and see the Eagle Pavilion, although it’s nothing but a stage and an area for concert goers to sit. There’s a fence around it so you cannot actually see the stage except from the side. If you’re in Winslow and have time, you can swing by there for a couple of minutes just to say you were there but I wouldn’t go out of my way unless I was going to a show of some sort.
