WCSX-FM “Live Archive” 

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 

These rules apply to the WCSX’s “Live Archive” Station Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WCSX (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.wcsx.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. 

1. HOW TO ENTER 

1. The Contest will begin on July 2, 2021 and end on July 4, 2021. 

1. To enter, listen to the Station between the hours of 3:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and 11:00pm ET on Friday July 2, 2021; between the hours of 10:00am ET and 11:00pm ET on Saturday July 3, 2021; and between the hours of 10:00am ET and 9:00pm ET on Sunday July 4, 2021 for the announcement of a unique Contest keyword (“Keyword”) aired approximately at the top of each hour (i.e., 10:00am ET).  Each announcement will have a unique Keyword.  Once an entrant hears the Keyword, entrant may enter via one (1) of the following methods: 

1. Text the Keyword to 248-398-9279. Message and data rates may be charged by your wireless carrier. The Station is not responsible for any fees incurred by you for this method of entry. Text message and any mobile device entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile account submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the text or mobile telephone number by a telecommunications provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such numbers. By initiating a text message to the Station in this Contest, you also expressly consent to the receipt of a reply message confirming your entry and notification via text if you are selected to be a winner.  

1. Visit www.wcsx.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form including the Keyword. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station’s Privacy Policy. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator. 

1. Only one (1) entry per person per Keyword is permitted, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same telephone number or email address. Entrants are not permitted to use multiple telephone numbers or email addresses. The deadline to enter each Keyword is thirty (30) minutes past the hour after the initial airing of the Keyword (i.e. 10:30am ET, 11:30am ET, 12:30pm ET, 1:30pm ET, 2:30pm ET, 3:30pm ET, 4:30pm ET, 5:30pm ET, 6:30pm ET, 7:30pm ET, 8:30pm ET, 9:30pm ET, 10:30pm ET and 11:30pm ET). Any text message or online entries received after thirty (30) minutes past the hour or any text message or online entries with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified.  Up to one (1) winner will be selected for each Keyword announcement as described below in Section 4.    

1. There will be up to a total of thirty-four (34) Prize winners selected in the Contest. 

1. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS 

1. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the Detroit Metro Area, consisting of the following Michigan counties: Lenawee, Monroe, Wayne, Washtenaw, Jackson, Hillsdale, Ingham, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, and Shiawassee; and the following Ohio Counties:  Lucas, Fulton, and Williams, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility. 

1. There are no limits to the number of times an entrant may win for this Contest only. 

1. PRIZES 

1. Up to thirty-four (34) Prizes will be awarded. Each Prize consists of a vinyl copy of Bob Seger Live Bullet 45th Anniversary Black Double Album and two (2) tickets to one (1) of the following concerts:  

1. KISS on September 1, 2021 at DTE Energy Music Theatre (33 Bob Seger Drive Clarkston MI 48348), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this Prize is $172.30 

1. Chicago on July 25, 2021 at DTE Energy Music Theatre, ARV of this Prize is $118.20. 

1. Alice Cooper on September 25, 2021 at DTE Energy Music Theatre, ARV of this Prize is $117.20. 

1. Doobie Brothers September 2, 2021 at DTE Energy Music Theatre, ARV of this Prize is $120.20.  

1. The Black Crowes July 29, 2021 at DTE Energy Music Theatre, ARV of this Prize is $115.10.  

1. Judas Priest on September 19, 2021 at The Fox Theatre (2211 Woodward Ave Detroit, MI 4820), ARV of this Prize is $163.10. 

1. Foreigner Orchestra on October 11, 2021 at The Fox Theatre, ARV of this Prize is $137.60.  

1. Guns & Roses on July 24, 2021 at Comerica Park (2100 Woodward Ave Detroit, MI 48201), ARV of this Prize is $140.20. 

Prize tickets for each concert will be randomly assigned by the Station for each winner; no substitutions permitted. Concert ticket prizes will be digital and all winners will receive an email with instructions to redeem tickets once digital tickets are available to send. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior, does not follow Station and/or venue policy regarding COVID-19 guidelines, or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event. 

1. All prizes must be claimed at the office of the Station located at One Radio Plaza Detroit, MI 48220, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. 

1. SELECTION OF WINNERS 

1. Up to thirty-four (34) total Prize winners will be selected on July 6, 2021 at approximately 10:00am ET as follows: 

Up to one (1) Prize winner will be selected in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible text message and online entries received for each unique Keyword announced on-air. 

Potential Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.   Non-selected entries will not rollover into subsequent random drawings in the Contest.  Entries will only be valid for the random drawing associated with that unique Keyword. 

1. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of combined eligible text message and online entries received for each Keyword’s respective random drawing.  

1. Entrants must listen to Station to acquire the Keyword but need not be present to win a Prize.   

1. Prize winners must confirm acceptance of prize within five (5) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining combined eligible text message and online entries received for the Keyword entry pool where the forfeited winner was selected from.    

1. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. 

1. CONDITIONS 

1. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.wcsx.com.  

1. By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.wcsx.com. 

1. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WCSX, One Radio Plaza, Detroit, MI 48220 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
