In a matter of moments, you’ll be getting an email from us. It’s so exciting, isn’t it? If you don’t see it, check your Promotions or Spam folder.
Once you find the email, there are a few important things we need you to do. These steps help increase the likelihood that our emails will hit your inbox. Trust us, you aren’t going to want to miss these emails.
- Add our email address to your “Contacts List.” Another easy way to make sure emails end up directly in your inbox.
- If the email ended up in your Promotions or Spam folder:
- For Gmail (mobile): Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the email, then click “Move to” and the “Primary.”
- For Gmail (desktop): Click on the three dots and click on “Add to Contacts List.” Then close the email and drag it to the “Primary” tab.
- For Apple Mail: At the top of the email click on our email address and tap “Add to VIPs.”
