It's A Long Way To The Top If You Wanna Rock And Roll! It's about as high as you can get in Clinton Township- The 110 foot tall Ferris Wheel provides the best view for mile around- day of night!

Clinton Township has more than a little of everything. You don’t need to leave the Eastside to experience world-class entertainment, dining, and industry. Clinton Township also has some cool claim-to-fame facts in its history.

The Macomb Now Magazine has a great article on the early days. Did you know that Clinton Township built “Michigan’s first inland road named Moravian Drive (still in use today). The Moravians called their home New Gnadenhutten meaning “Tents of Grace.” Clinton Township and the Clinton River were originally named Huron Township and Huron River when first established in 1818.”

I went to the Sander’s Candy Factory store on Hall Road. Seeing all the various candies, sweets, and ice cream on display for purchase was cool! The best part is looking out onto the factory floor to watch the candy-making in action!

Then I checked out what is happening at C.J. Barrymore’s– The golf dome is open all year round, but the other attractions- Ferris Wheel, Go Carts, Bowling, and Arcade are now operating on the Fall hours schedule, so check the hours before you go!

The Golf Dome at C.J. Barrymore’s in Clinton Township is a fun way to drive some balls! Fore!!!

Thanks to the great staff at First State Bank on Hall Road! It was great to meet Manager Natalie, Alyssa, Breanna, Kellie, and Gina! They are banking professionals THAT REALLY ROCK!! Thank you for letting me play with the drive-thru’s pneumatic teller tube- something I’ve always wanted to do!! I also narrowly avoided getting locked in the bank vault! Thank You so much for a great visit!

Take Me To The River! Last Stop was George George Memorial Park on Moravian Drive. Wow- what a beautiful park! Fountains, landscaping, picnic areas, playgrounds, (clean!) restrooms, and dock access to the Clinton River “River Trail”. (The River?)
