As previously reported, Neil was performing a solo set at the Monsters of the Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. on October 15 when he suddenly fell off the stage resulting in being taken to a nearby hospital.
Fan-shot video shows Neil approaching the front of the stage and pumping up the crowd, and then he suddenly falls out of frame.
On the plus side, Eddie Trunk shared via Get well @thevinceneil ! Vince slipped and fell off the stage tonight at Monsters on the Mountain here in Pigeon Forge. Vince had been moving & singing great before the accident. He’s at hospital now getting care & X Rays. More when I hear. Get well VN!
